Tai Chi Beginner Class A-2 ($180) : A series of 10 lessons for Yee Tai Chi Level One Principles and the Standardized 24 Forms. It is highly recommended to take Class A-1 before attending Class A-2.
Yee Tai Chi program is a complete Tai Chi learning path with Three Phases and Nine Levels. The founder Dr. Ke Zang has developed Yee Tai Chi by combining the ancient Tai Chi philosophy, Chinese Medicine Theories and the Tai Chi practice from Guangfu, Hebei, China, the true Tai Chi origin where he studied Tai Chi.
The path of Yee Tai Chi:
Fundamental Phase (Beginning): Level 1-3
Strengthening Phase (Intermediate): Level 4-6
Qi-Mind Phase (Advanced): Level 7-9
